If you experience any issues with the product after receiving it, please contact us at support@beyondplastic.com for assistance.

Additionally, please review the instructions and settings parameters. The recommended printer setup is the same for all colors; click here to see our recommendations at the bottom of the description. You can also see the specs for your product by clicking here.

Please note that due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns of new and unused products.

To receive a refund to the payment method used to make the purchase and receive a pre-paid shipping label, please initiate the process by completing the Return Form below within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Incomplete return request and/or forms may delay the processing of your request.

Returns initiated after 14 days from delivery are refunded solely as store gift card. Store gift card is not transferable and is valid for 365 days from issuance.

Refunds or store gift card will be issued after we complete the processing.
