Return Policy
If you experience any issues with the product after receiving it, please contact us at support@beyondplastic.com for assistance.
Additionally, please review the instructions and settings parameters. The recommended printer setup is the same for all colors; click here to see our recommendations at the bottom of the description. You can also see the specs for your product by clicking here.
Please note that due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns of new and unused products.
To receive a refund to the payment method used to make the purchase and receive a pre-paid shipping label, please initiate the process by completing the Return Form below within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Incomplete return request and/or forms may delay the processing of your request.
Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery are refunded solely as store gift card. Store gift card is not transferable and is valid for 365 days from issuance.
Refunds or store gift card minus the return shipping fee will be issued after we complete the processing.
Submit a return request
1. Click here to log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund minus the return shipping fee.
