What are the Order Processing & Shipping Times?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)after sending you an order confirmation email. Processing may be delayed for a number of reasons, including inaccurate or incomplete billing information, high volume of orders during holiday seasons, and other factors. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Shipping speed will depend on the shipping method that you chose when you placed your order. Shipping and delivery may be delayed due to various factors, such as postal service issues beyond our control.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to track the package with the carrier. If you do not receive an order confirmation email or the shipping confirmation email from us within the timeframe provided above, please contact us at support@beyondplastic.com with your name and order number. Please understand that after shipping the package by your preferred shipping method, we no longer have any control over the package, and cannot be responsible for any stolen, missing, mis-delivered, or delayed packages, and it is your sole responsibility to address these issues directly with the carrier.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order prior to receiving an email confirmation that your order has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@beyondplastic.com with your name and order number.

What are the Domestic Shipping Rates?

The estimated domestic shipping rates depend on the method of shipping you chose during checkout. The estimated domestic shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at that time.Please note that we obtain the estimates directly from third party carriers and have no control over any inaccuracies or changes imposed by the carriers. Do We Offer International Shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A street address is required to process and ship any order.

Do You Offer In-Store Pickup?
